We don’t know anyone who doesn’t like hummus. It’s a creamy delight, and when you dip a warm pita into it, it’s just a dream. If you think it’s hard to make your own hummus, you’re wrong! It’s super simple. Our hummus is done in 5 minutes and only needs a few ingredients.

1 canchickpeas (265g)

130 gdried chickpeas

0.5soaked and cooked

3 tbsplemon (juice)

1 clovetahini

Zubereitung

Rinse and drain the chickpeas. Dry well. Or cook your own chickpeas from dried.

Add the chickpeas to a mixer and blend with the lemon juice

water and a bit of salt. The best tools are an immersion blender or a food processor.

Drizzle the dip with 1 tbsp of olive oil and serve immediately. Keeps in the fridge for up to 3 days.
